• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address provided at registration must be completely accurate.
• 7e77 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
• If any account details change, you must notify us immediately via live chat.

2.2 Account Security

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly 7e77 Reload: 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳200. Can be claimed once per week on any working day.
• 7e77 Cricket Festival Bonus: 50% bonus, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25x; minimum deposit ৳200. Applies to deposits in the Sports section only, once per month.
• 7e77 Birthday Gift: reward up to ৳1,500; wagering 15x. Provided once a year during the birthday month to verified accounts.
• Refer a Friend 7e77 Reward: up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x. The reward is given after each successful referral once the referred friend deposits the specified amount.
• Monday 7e77 Slots Special: 40% bonus, up to ৳6,000; wagering 22x; minimum deposit ৳200. Available once every Monday in the Slots section only.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering is completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through improper means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• 7e77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.

7e77 has specific rules for the operation of sports betting, casino, live casino, slots, and other games.

6.1 Betting Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless approved due to a technical error.
• 7e77 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of a match or event, the announcement of the relevant authority will be considered final.

6.2 Casino and Slots

Each game has its own RTP and operating rules. For games interrupted mid-play due to a technical error or network issue, 7e77 will review server logs before making a decision. A random number generator (RNG) is used in all games to ensure fairness.

6.3 VIP Cashback

7e77's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited at 7e77. Violating these rules may result in account closure, balance confiscation, and legal action where necessary.

• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain unfair advantages (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Attempting to hack any system on the platform or gain unauthorised access.
